Salto del Fraile is one of Lima's most iconic coastal landmarks: a dramatic rock formation rising from the sea at the edge of Miraflores. I photographed this place at the hour when the light turns the water silver and the horizon disappears into haze. The result is an image that carries the sound of waves and the weight of the ocean.
